Ireland says second major tobacco firm threatens legal action

CASTLEBAR, Ireland (Reuters) - Ireland said a second major cigarette manufacturer, Imperial Tobacco Group, has threatened legal action against the government over plans for a law requiring them to sell cigarettes in plain packets.
